- If the customer himself is responsible for any damage ( negligence ), he has to compensate it accordingly.

- In case of vis majeur like strike and lockout not caused by the parties the agreement stays valid as soon as the situation
- caused by vis majeur is present. As soon as the conditions caused by vis majeur are finished, both parties are obliged to
