Significant for our small selection of holiday homes located in Yaliciftlik is an individual atmosphere. Our homes are all private homes with a personal touch and an inidvidual flair.
All houses are characterised by their distinguished location in the region of Yaliciftlik. This untouched Turkish village is the home of our holiday houses. The traditional Aegean village is the perfect opportunity to see, hear and feel authentic rural life.  It offers one of the last pure natural beaches and is the ideal spot for hiking tours.  

Some small shops and typical restaurants are close by.  Bodrum can be reached easily by public buses.

BORA'S LODGE

Located on a large rural estate in a very quiet village ten minutes drive to spectacular beach, with extensive gardens and a large shared swimming pool, surrounded by high stone walls.

The two country houses inside Bora’s Lodge, the Red Rode Cottage and the White Rose Cottage, are settled on a verdant land of over an acre. Standing nearly hidden among the palms, fruit trees, and olive trees in the Garden, these two houses offer a chance for a peaceful and luxurious vacation. You can be sure to have wonderful and unforgettable days right inside the nature regardless of whether you stay hidden under the palms and fruit trees, or enjoy the sun and daylight next to the pool.

RED ROSE COTTAGE

There is a kitchenette, a shower room with WC, a king size double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, hob, fridge, satellite TV, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, and a safety deposit box inside the stone house that is at least half a century old and has been fully restored. You may wish to spend your time of day in the veranda, experiencing no less than the comfort of your own home.

WHITE ROSE COTTAGE

This newly built country house offers every possible item of comfort. Inside it there is a kitchenette, a shower room with WC, a king size double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, hob, fridge, satellite TV, air conditioning, kettle, and a hair dryer. The veranda in the front brings the cool breeze blown through the trees.
